Admission and Enrollment Process takes simple 4 steps:
– New students must complete steps 1-4
– Returning students must complete only step 4.

  1. COMPLETE APPLICATION At your tour, we will give you an admission application to complete. Bring your application form to the school for review.
  2. STUDENT CLASSROOM VISITS Prospective parents and students meet with the Academy Representative for an informal discussion of classroom policies and procedures, school curriculum and parents expectations. Prospective students can visit the classrooms for 20-30 min.
  3. ADMISSION DECISION If we jointly decide that Valley Montessori Academy is a good fit for your child, and spaces are available, we will continue to the next step. If you are interested in enrolling your child in the future, you can place your child on our waiting list.
  4. ENROLLMENT Parents of accepted students will be invited to sign an enrollment agreement and submit non-refundable, yearly deposit and supply fee. We will provide you with our parent handbook, as well asĀ an enrollment package. This package contains a number of forms (health records, emergency contacts, etc., many of which are required by law) that we collect before we admit your child into our school.


For placement on our waiting list, please complete the form below. During Open Enrollment as space is available, students from the waiting list are accepted for enrollment. Annually students are accepted according to the school’s Lottery procedure. You will be contacted to complete enrollment information when your child is accepted
